Been using TOBS for the last 20 years and still come back. Their grooming products are excellent and really set the gold standard in the UK. I know if I buy from them the quality will be good and I don't mind paying for that. I really value that their own products are UK made and that it's a supporting a UK business. Whenever I have contacted the store the replies have always been courteous and helpful.

The scent is not strong enough and it is expensive for the size.

Sandalwood shaving cream purchased through Amazon has a distinct synthetic aroma, little or none of sandalwood and an overpowering citronella tone.

Nice container gets it one extra star.

Great response in quickly dispatching the order and letting me know, but I've then had several requests for feedback when I still haven't got the product, so your feedback requests are premature. The shipment seems to be stuck in Melbourne. No idea why.

Delivered on time

I feel cheated by you. Nobody informed me that the order would be subject to customs duties, and also taxes in Spain. In other words, I've paid taxes in both the UK and Spain. I also had to pay FedEx to handle customs clearance. Specifically, I've already paid an extra €80 for a purchase that was worth €191. You failed to process the shipment correctly so that it qualified for the duty-free allowance for private purchases, causing me numerous problems and expenses. If you don't resolve these issues, I will not buy from you again, and I will certainly share this experience on social media.
