Eddie was a very friendly and helpful guy, with the way he answered my questions and explained why he located the box where he did. He knows more about the system than I do, with his explanations I fully understood the logic of the location criteria. That's all I ask for, then I'm a happy camper.

Delivery was before the expected time , driver was polite , knowledgeable about product , great customer service and all was done with in a timely manner .

I had Eddie come out today, to my rural residence & drop off my taxi box. It was a difficult site to access & a difficult area to drop the box off at, but with Eddie behind the wheel, non of it was an issue. I highly recommend Eddie & the whole team at Taxi box, they have made my interstate move hassle free.

Frank redelivered our taxibox this morning and I couldn’t have asked for it to go any smoother. Last minute I couldn’t be there but frank handled it exactly how I needed it and made it so easy. Our overall experience with taxi box has been wonderful and I would highly recommend.

TAXIBOX has been a game changer for me during my recent move. It allowed me to pack over several months and have the house looking it's best for home opens.
The staff have been great, especially Jayden the taxibox delivery driver.
Jayden has delivered and collected several TAXIBOXES for me now and has been excellent every time. He’s friendly, easygoing, accommodating and very efficient. Even though they’re clearly extremely busy, he never appears rushed or makes you feel under pressure. He has even helped me finish things off by getting the TAXIBOX closed and locked up properly before taking it away.

A genuinely lovely young man, very good at his job and a great representative for TAXIBOX. 5+ stars!
