If the information disclosed does not match what the database confirms, we ask for you to contact us to discuss this in more detail. When updating the information to match the CUE database, this can affect the premium you were originally quoted. quote given on website, accepted, then email saying contact us, said there was information they hadn't seen before about a claim in 2022 (which was fully detailed in 2023,2024,2025) and added a hefty sum to premium. Won't go near them again.

very good customer service. did not want an automatic renew. But did not respond to their letter so they charged me for it, but were very helpful in cancelling it and sent a refund.

The staff I called were amazing despite the website having technical issues I was able to complete my insurance purchase for a second bike without delays. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable as well as extremely friendly and pleasant making the experience so calm and smooth

I didn’t see my new quote until today £909 a year I’m not paying that it is a rip off from last year so I’ve cancelled my direct debit ringing them tomorrow to cancel because you get a cool off period so no more Swinton it’s a joke been with them for years no more 😡😡
