I have ordered at least 10 times from Suoerdry and no one of the deliveries had taken more than 2 days to Finland (8/10 cases next day delivery).

A ok sevice - all products was delived with proper time
Byuing and delivery experience was good.
Some clothes sizes did not fit as expected - so better size guide would not harm. And ecperienced on some webshops informing models hight and size of cloth would be great benefit for sd also.

Fast shipping
Superdry FI web shop shipped items very quickly. My order arrived next day to Finland from my order.
Only the web site translation from English to Finnish was not at the level of quality what I expect from this brand. Some of the sentences were mixed with Finnish and English words. For some time his made me suspect if I was making an order on a hoax web site.
Please, fix the translation issue and the shopping experience will be 10+!

"Care"-email seems to be black hole, no answer after two e-mails. I want to retun wrong size cloth, seems to be impossible from outside UK. Seems to be my first and last order from this company.

+++++ very fast delivery, every time. i have ordered from here few times.
- at my latest ordrer there was two shoes and 2 sunglasses.
i guess sunglasses were packed at bupplewrap, they weren't there anymore when i got package. i'm a bit lucky that they didn't damage, there should be only place to success better.
there should be 5 stars, if this packing thing would done better!
