Wrong measurements, slow service, costly returns
As known, Superdry products are smaller than the sizes tell. So I fell into the size trap again and ordered shorts with my regular waist size in jeans. After couple hours I decided to send email to customer support to change the order. Well, did not happen. The customer care responded after couple of days with an answer that it is too late now to change the order. But I can return the too small product and change it to a bigger one, at my own expense. So yeah, at my own expense while all the other web stores offer free return for their customers. The lesson? 34 inches is not 34 inches and buy your stuff from elsewhere.

Excellent and fast delivery
Excellent and fast delivery; got to choose the delivery time and date, which was great as usually you have no clue when the courier is coming and they don't call beforehand. This is a huge advantage with Superdry compared to other companies.

Postage company (Postnord) is terrible …
Postage company (Postnord) is terrible & lazy....please use normal Finnish post not private delivery companies. I sat at home waiting on Wednesday & the delivery guy didn't have the code to get in the building, so instead of calling, he goes away & sends a message "THE NEXT DAY AT 12 NOON" that it couldn't be delivered. I called twice to their "NOT SO CHEAP HELPLINE". and their excuse was that he, the driver, was "probably" in a rush & didn't have time to call me so i could let him in!!!!!! Getting my package today.....Hopefully!!! Will be letting you, Superdry, know later. Terrible experience so will not be ordering again.

You have to pay for all returns
You have to pay for all returns, even when changing sizes. It's very costly to send the package back to another country. Cannot recommend shopping online even though the selection and prices are good!

Product tag ripped off
I didn't have my order in time, it was more trouble than I thought it could be. When I opened the package, I found half of the tag had been torn off; only the half attached by the string remained, which was very upsetting for me because I wanna return the order.
