Dear superdry-team,

I ordered three shirts, two for my boyfriend and one for me, two i kept (they are perfect :)) one i wanted to send back, because it was a little too tight for my boyfriend. Buying in your online shop was a good experience and the items where delivered fast and reliably. However sending back the one that didn‘t fit was a little getting lost in the djungle experience. There was no information in the delivery and it felt complicated to click through several webpages until finally paying the money and getting the lable to return the one shirt. I think there‘s some room for improvement for you. Doing the „my mom test“ (she‘s 81), she wouldn‘t have been able to return an item like that and I think there should be a way to do that more comfortable for customers even if you‘d charge more for delivery in the beginning. Either add some infomation printed with the delivery and ideally some lable to send items back directly without charging/difficult label printing. From a psychological point of view I‘d have been happier if I got a sheet to fill in what I send back and why together with a label to send it back with my delivery, although I know you have to organize things economically and me as a customer at some point has to pay for it, doing it right away when ordering feels better. Order placed on Oct 20th but delivered on Nov 19th. I had to raise online complaints to find out my order for which there was no response but money was debited from my visit. Then had to pay a visit to the store to raise complaint in person who said the order will be cancelled and refunded but the order was dispatched after this message

Very well made jacket i really like it, the color and size is accurate to website photos but the delivery terrible took very long and while i was at home gave to neighboor so 5 stars for the product and 1 star for the service.

Quick shipping response. And the jacket is very nice, warm and comfortable.

Honestly, every time I shop at Superdry, I walk out happier than the last time. I've been a customer for a while now, and their stuff just keeps getting better. it’s always sharp, holds up forever, and they really nail the style.
​But what truly seals the deal for me is the people working there. Seriously, the store staff are fantastic. They are so friendly, genuinely helpful, and just make the whole shopping trip easy and fun. It makes a huge difference.
​If you’re on the fence, just go for it. You won't regret it!

The product quality is good; however, the sizing could be improved in terms of fit. It has a very tight fit against the body, which is not ideal for jackets. Since jackets or coats are usually worn over multiple layers, a slightly looser fit would be more comfortable. I ordered size 38, and even though I’m slim and weigh 52 kg, it still feels quite snug and fits tightly around the body.

Well my orde did not arrived at the proposed time but whrn customer service contacted they helped me. And gave me the information.

Everything was as expected. Probably more personnel is required, but the store was way more stocked than last year.
Particularly I love the brand, but many many stores were closed, not just in Germany but around the world.. Miami, Dusseldorf, and the products also not present in many chains around the world. This made me look for new brands. I hope and wish a turnaround of the company.
