Now no one helping me in generating new QR code for DHL.
I messaged, emailed but same response, of generating QR code without realizing what I am actually asking, this is frustrating 😕 I do t even know I able to exchange this , the size is small

Never had a worse online shopping experience. You pay for express delivery, get a delivery date within two days and after 1,5 weeks delivery has still not arrived. Tracking says “in transit” for days. Customer support doesn’t answer to any mails. From a to z a fully disappointing experience
