Very Disappointed with Superdrug - issue with bandages
Very Disappointed with Superdrug Advanced Silicone Dressings - they do not stick or adhere to skin!!!! - mis-selling
I recently purchased Superdrug Advanced Silicone Dressings (10 pack) from store and unfortunately, the dressings did not adhere to my skin properly. They lifted away almost immediately, making them ineffective and unusable for their intended purpose. Based on my experience, the product was not fit for purpose.
I returned to the store the same day, but as the purchase had been made using loyalty points, I was advised that the store could not assist and that I would need to contact Superdrug Head Office.
I've now submitted a formal complaint and hope the issue is resolved. I wanted to share my experience in case others have encountered the same problem.

Superdrug genuinely has some of the best brow technicians I have ever had the fortune to encounter. Loved my experience with Raj at the High Holborn branch (1699 I am told!), really happy with the results. And there was someone really friendly at the door whose name I didn’t catch!
