Can't use the service because my 10 minutes written high quality prompt was just erased after press "Generate" or smth and after navigate to authentication. I think this is a real problem.

I’m giving one star for customer support, not for the AI itself. The AI works great, and I have no complaints about that. However, their support team is terrible. When you contact them with an issue, they don’t bother to respond. I had a billing problem where I was charged incorrectly, and I emailed them about it — that was a month ago. I still haven’t received any reply. Completely disappointing service.

Couldn't sign in? Support was zero. I just got an automated message. Couldn't even cancel the account. I ended up having to stop their payments from my bank account and blocked any further payments.Its a shame because the app itself was quite good.

Suno is super good, the new 5V model is so human-like, but when I want to separate two male and female voices, it mixes them up, I want that fixed... as soon as possible

Charged fraudulently on my debit card for Suno subscriptions. I contacted bank and cancelled card and sent email to Suno requesting cancellation immediately. Suno refunded and cancelled subscription. I have never heard of company before this happened. Beware!!

These guys are not honest. Don’t agree to the discounted subscription renewal they offer when you try to cancel. They offered me to stay on the subscription for $5 instead of $10, but they still charged me the full $10.

And the funniest part is that their support just ignores me. I wrote to both of their emails several times — complete silence.

So draw your own conclusions about how they treat their customers. If something goes wrong technically, their attitude will most likely be the same.

Overally a cool tool, but you need to know exactly how to use it. I find it especially helpful in arranging and working on my own stuff, as the cover function brings a lot of possible improvement to the songs. As it's AI based, the better your prompt is, the better the end result. Having said that, the prompt space is limited, so not every aspect can always be addressed. Having said that, the end products are mostly decent and I consider it a great help in writing.
As for generative functions - songs seem to be based on popular patterns, turning very repetitive fast. Additionally, if you're into the genre, you'll hear direct copies of known fragments pasted into "your" project.

Even if you generate a decent song, you'll need a paid subscription for commercial use—but why pay for something that no one will listen to due to its abysmal quality? Absolute scam. If you pay for a month they charge you for a a year and then dont respond to your emails in regards to gaining a refund for a subscription you did not pay for. I will fight this you pricks.

I selected the pro version when I subscribed thinking it had the studio included (honest mistake) I Immediately realied my mistake and tried to upgrde to the premium version paidmonthly. It wont let me do it. It keeps asking for over 200 quid. so I emailed them over a week ago to ask them to upgrade the count with monthly payment. (I havent used any credits yet) They took £72 paid credit so this really shouldn't be a problem. They just send automated responses when I email. So far, I'm not happy with the customer service. They take your money and wont help when there's a problem. Very dissapointed. Will update this if they help me out but so far it's not looking good.

Suno has some powerful features and if not for the issues, it would be a technology that allows an artist to be a force multiplier. It's great being able to hear variations of a song and audition various alternative styles. However I find that I am producing as many as 200 covers before I can find one that is reasonable in terms of vibe and isn't broken. For me, after covering dozens of songs using sudo, at least 4 out of 5 songs have major artifacts even when weirdness is turned very low or off. We are talking about total glitches, repeating phrases even when lyrics don't repeat them and wacky abstractions that don't fit the original by literally any measure

I not only have never subscribed to Suno's services, but I never heard of them. Four fraudulent charges appeared on my credit card. Stay away from these crooks.

I purchased an annual plan from Suno by accident, and I immediately contacted them to cancel and request a partial refund for the unused months. However, it’s been impossible to reach anyone from their team.
Their so-called customer service is completely nonexistent. There is no way to contact support — their email addresses (support@suno and billing@suno) don’t respond, and their Discord channel is inaccessible. I have sent multiple messages and received no answer at all.
To make things worse, I wasn’t even able to use the songs I created due to copyright issues, which makes the entire purchase useless. Yet they still refuse to provide any help or refund.
This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a company offering paid services. Once they take your payment, they disappear — no help, no replies, no care.
No one should purchase this plan until Suno learns to take responsibility for their customers. A refund for the remaining months should be issued immediately.

As greedy as pigs, should be their mission statement. As they willingly botch the words such you get the subscription. I had the subscription and now with a bunch of credits need to deal with retard Suno because I deal with greed ? It's like having money but without a payed membership , money doesn't matter. I've been publishing half of hundred of musics using Suno. It takes some time to get a good song, the AI can hallucinate sometimes, or experiment with interesting melodies or lyrics, but in the end, I'm greatly satisfied with it. However, I do have a preference for the 4.5 over the 5 or 4.5+.
