I ordered a watch from the seller it…

I ordered a watch from the seller it arrived with a non functioning battery. Whilst I offered to replace at Timpson’s which costs £25, the vendor would only offer £5 refund stating that it costs £1 to replace a battery. I communicated that I didn’t feel this was a satisfactory outcome or realistic - the vendor got very abrupt only concerned with his rating on the selling site. Not very professional or customer focused!

Quality, professional seller

The product I purchased was totally genuine and in original packaging. Sent by Royal Mail tracked with a valid tracking number and arrived within 2 days of the order. My experience is that this is a genuine, honest, professional company that I would recommend.

Haven't recieved order

Have been asked to leave a review though I haven't received my order and have contacted them three times trying to find out what's going on with it and had no reply. The tracking they provided didn't specify the courier and when I put it into Google it comes up with USPS in America.

Honest seller - have bought several times

I’ve bought several items from StuffUSell over the last 5 years. Their descriptions are accurate and transparent, with photos showing any potential issues. I feel confident buying items from them - have bought various Phase Eight and Hobbs dresses and shoes from this seller.
