I bought a 3 row bracelet it came in an padded envelope cut and a cheap brown box I've had much better from ebay. Very disappointed really wont enjoy wearing it knowing how it arrive.
It was a lot of money for me and buying it was a real treat
The bracelet is pretty but definitely not worth the money .

Lovely charm

Arrived in good time, lovely charm for my bracelet. Was a little concerned that it wouldn’t be a genuine Links of London charm due to the low price, but needn’t have worried. Very pleased

This company owes me for several items…

This company owes me for several items of clothing and accessories, all high end, which I have sent to them over the past six months. Most of the items have sold but I haven't received a penny from them. The old company has now gone into administration and they have formed a new company to carry on trading. I now face the lengthy process of trying to recoup some of the money they owe me through the administrators. Appalling way to conduct a business with total disregard for their customers.

Happy to buy from Stuff U Sell

All of my purchases so far have been excellent. The quality and condition of the garments have been great.
Invoices are efficient. Return of a garment that does not fit is very easy. Prompt arrival of purchases. Overall I am pleased.

Gone into Administration - Replaced by new registered company

The original company that owns Stuff U Sell (CANTALIS LTD, company number 05265217) has gone into administration, and all of the outstanding balances owed to customers, and items sent to be sold, have been handed to the administrator to deal with.

A new company was registered last month (STUFFUSELL LTD, company number 14368430) with the same address and director as CANTALIS LTD.

Clearly this is not a company you should do business with or place any trust in given their treatment of customers.

Seller beware - they take ALL the money

I have had a very negative experience with Stuff U Sell. I sent them boxes of high value clothing. Months later I have a negative balance of minus £100 and the amount is growing daily. So I am going to get nothing for any of my stuff. There is a fee for withdrawing items of £25 per item so its going to get worse. The alternative is that I give my items to them so they benefit from all of the proceeds. So after all of this I will receive NOTHING. I thought - clever idea, this looks like a great company here is a way to make back some money and give clothes a second life and that I had read the small print but I missed the charges continuing to rise on a daily basis and the £25 per item withdrawn fee. This is BBC Watchdog territory. I cannot recommend and will never use Stuff U Sell again.

What a silly store

What a silly store.

Without going in to the details I had the feeling that I had been scammed by this store so I contacted them letting them know I would pay them a visit if I had been scammed. After all if a customer had a problem with a shop they will pay the shop a visit to complain in person. This online shop decided to gaslight me insisting that my statement meant that I wished violence upon them and then said that would contact the police if needed. They have my name and address as they later pointed out to attempt to frighten me. Of course they have my name and address, I ordered from them and having my details means I would be a fool to visit them and inflict violence on their staff. They complained of my attitude and refused to help with any issues I had with their site. Do not spend your money with them. I got a pair of so called True Religion jeans for £11. The U stitching on the back pockets is rather poor and the tags inside are not flush with each other and the small black central tag inside is stitched on at an angle. The fabric doesn't seem up to the same standard as the other TR jeans I have purchased at full price. I think they may be fakes but I can't be 100% sure, they may be factory rejects. Whatever they are this companies staff seem to have a huge attitude problem so I advise you stay clear of this online store. I actually can't believe they asked me to leave a review after their childish gaslighting emails they have sent me. Unprofessional utter fools...
