I sent 3 pairs of worn once, "as new" condition Replay jeans (RRP £87.50 new) in September 2023.My return on these is precisely £7.46 for all 3 pairs as of 20th January this year.So they have taken 5 months to sell these items.I have yet to receive my £7.46.
My advice to any potential customers is don't use this company.Sell your items yourself or donate them to the excellent charity "Give Your Best"!

I buy a lot from them and have return some but they are very good and fast refund

Awful awful they seem professional but very deceiving and a very bad selling experience with them
Firstly, they rejected a couple of items and never sent them back
Secondly, got few pieces all got dirty and stained as I can tell from the listing pictures when they were brand new. Not to mention the amount of listing errors
And thirdly they are charging “eBay transaction fees” way above the actual charged or stated. Contacted many times they refuse to give break down claiming eBay doesn’t provide break down and that what I’m charged is the average across all sales !!! Absolute rubbish

Avoid like the plague.

I sent a number of high value items to Stuff U Sell, which over a month later are 'with another department so may take longer to list.' They are unlisted on the website, so they have stolen items worth over £1,000.

On a number of occasions, they have broken their own terms & conditions - as such broken their own contract, so I have requested the immediate return of all of my items.

The customer service is non-existent and incredibly rude.

This company is also on EBAY, they go by the same name. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS the items don't arrive, they blame EBAY couriers and don't take responsibility or issue a refund., they have 80 negative reviews on EBAY within 6 months. Donovan you deserve all the negative reviews, please people in Australia BEWARE do not sell or buy from this company. Go and view the dreadful reviews on EBAY first!!

Sent a batch of items to them last year than got a message company went bust, no further information. Had loads of items with them which have been sold massively under value and items where I added minimum value I am happy to sell was totally ignored. The fees were always high but this time huge- I have to assume to pay off their dept!!!! Should be illegal what they did, as well as they opened new company basically same name at once, definitively never use them again total rip off

Think twice before selling through them!! They totally scammed me! They couldn’t sell over 99% of my nice quality clothes and ended up taking them without alerting me or giving me any proceeds for them. Sadly I have consigned similar designer clothing very successfully. They totally lied about selling my clothes so that they falsely get credit on Trustpilot and just took the clothing for themselves to sell after they removed me from any transaction to not pay my commission. I have eww we ans of e-mails to prove my point.

Placed an order, for some lovely stuff received a email saying part my order was shipped, I straight away thought why! And have stuff you sell not explained I sent a email asking, I believe it to be the next day I received an explanation from Donovan my items where being shipped from 2 different places, lovely relief and the little added bonus I didn’t have to pay extra for delivery .. would have saved me a little less worry if the email sent contained a explanation rather than having to ask.. however items arrived all as described

The links of London bus charm is exactly what I wanted it is genuine and was well packaged and sent very quickly in my opinion this is a reputable company !

This bracelet arrived in a cheap cardboard box, a black pouch with the bracelet wrapped in a tissue, not even tissue paper. The packaging was awful, made the whole gift look cheap and tacky, do not use this website. I could not use this bracelet, it was meant as a 50 th present, so disappointed, no response from the company when I complained

It was very quick delivery and the earrings were genuine and very substantial as is all Links jewellery. Loved the earrings. Will go back again to this seller. I Recommend this seller to everyone.

I do not recommend this company. I sent many items in October 2022 and have had to chase them multiple times with excuses of moving their warehouse. Nearly 4 months later still radio silence....

Than you so much I was looking for a "Links Charm " to fill a gap on my Links sweetheart bracelet. I bought a lovely silver and gold bottle and ice bucket. It looks really good. The service I received was very professional and very quick. I would recommend this company to many. Than you again.
