The product and seamless delivery.

Chair delivered on the 11th May. Immediate problem with the riser when we tried it out & contacted HSL, who requested a video. Having looked at that, they arranged for someone to come & look at it tomorrow but that appointment has been cancelled today by the service team & a new one made for June 8th, almost one month on from delivery. All very disappointing & not what we would expect from a very expensive chair.

Edit June 12th. Still unresolved. Technician has suggested a replacement riser & Stressless have apparently asked a further question. As the technician is not office-based, we have been told that can take over another week, for him to respond. Five weeks & still an unusable chair~not what we expected having paid so much for it. Disappointing has become annoyance, to be honest & have deducted a star to reflect that.

I ordered a stressless recliner through an uk agent: Reeds of Downham Market, Norfolk. At the show room I was given ample time to try out the different size chairs. Placing the order was straightforward & I received the chair at the end of the twelve week timeframe.
Now that I have had a few days to sit in it I can confirm that I am delighted with said product hence my rating of 5stars.

The chair and footstool are both as they should be and exactly as we tried in the showroom.

Great choice of designs and options, all with excellent build quality.

The chairs are very comfortable but they don’t have as much padding on the seat and back as the chairs we tried in the store I have sent the store photos of both chairs of the rucking both on the seat and back I believe Southons are forwarding them on to you.

Beautiful, well made furniture that's incomparably comfortable. Ordered from a UK furniture store, made for me in Norway and delivered to my living room.

Disappointed. I have had a Stressless recliner for 25+ years and it is still more comfortable than these new ones.

My large Stressless Consul is brilliant. Very comfortable. It is my second one having used my previous one daily for well over a decade until I eventually wore it out. I like it's ability to tip right back when I want a snooze.

I have invested/treated myself to the Stressless Mayfair chair in medium size. Its is beautifully made and finished. The quality is amazing. It is exceptionally comfortable and I would highly recommend! Took a long time (2months) from ordering to delivery but they are made to order apparently.

The staff were really good and helped me decide which chair would be the best to buy. Lisa was the person who sold me my chair. The people who delivered my chair were very good and helpful. They texted me when they were near and came on time.

The furniture arrived on time in good condition - which is unusual these days. The furniture is very comfortable, as expected.

Purchase and delivery service from Camp Hopson was excellent. The chair is very comfortable and is a quality product.

Great product and excellent service. We had a minor cosmetic issue with one item - wood grain looked a little blotchy as though damaged. Item swapped without issue.

When I filled out the warranty form I expected to get a confirmation email ..... nothing! I phoned Stressless and spoke to someone called Michael who said he would take my details and forward an email to confirm .... nothing! Talked to him about my concerns about the material and he told me once my warranty was activated I could purchase the cleaning kit for half price which I was given for free when I went back to my supplier. Still don't know where I stand with the warranty but I know that I will have to be super careful with this sofa unlike the one it replaced which was very durable and needed very little cleaning.
