Stokers Furniture Reviews 

We were looking for a three piece suite in Stokers, had visited once and were back again to finalise our choice. On both occasions we were looked after by Scott Dupree, who couldn't have been more helpful, Scott was able to suggest various styles based on what we wanted and helped us narrow it down to one choice. Excellent service, thank you.

We've used Stokers before and find them truly excellent. Scott Dupree at the Chester Store was extremely helpful and very customer focused. The service he gave us was of an extremely high standard. He helped us find the right sofas and material for our conservatory. Scott Dupree is very friendly and extremely helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

We went into Stokers in Chester an hour before closing on a Saturday looking for dining furniture. They had loads of different options including what we already thought we wanted. Every member of staff we met was very helpful and polite. No pressure selling, in fact quite the reverse. Our sales assistant Scott Dupree was superb. Very patient as we measured for sizes and looked at fabrics. In the end the pricing was so good and we were so confident in the service we bought all that we wanted even though we hadn’t planned to do so. It was just so good an experience. Buying from people you trust and who give you their best prices straight up from the start.

Mark Cain helped me find the perfect sofa set for my new lounge. Couldn’t recommend this store enough. Thank you Mark!

Visited the Ormskirk store today with my elderly mum today and was greeted by Tracey. She was very helpful and patient with my mum .Tracey was very informative and helped with finding a really comfortable couch for my mum .

We visited your Chester store about two weeks ago and we had a lovely chat with Mark Cain , who was very helpful and knowledgeable and not in any way pushy ! He kindly helped us firstly with the type of sofas we were looking for and then showed us a lot of fabric choices ( about which he was also very knowledgeable) He then ordered several for us and yesterday we again met up with Mark at your lovely Chester store and we ordered our new furniture ! Again Mark was extremely helpful , bright and courteous . He is a real asset to your store ! We are very much looking forward to our sofa delivery in a few months and are already planning our next visit for bar stools and dining chairs ! Huge THANKYOU again to Mark Cain .

Friendly staff - attentive but not intrusive. We were left to look around the many sofas and chairs in peace but Andy was there when we needed him - which was a few times!
Very satisfied with the whole service from initial enquiry through to sale and then after sales - responding to a query.

Just purchased 2 Duresta settees from the Chester branch as we wanted to take advantage of the current sales and extra discount.
I knew what I wanted (or thought I did) however making final decisions was time consuming. Mark looked after us throughout the process and helped to guide and suggest different options.
Very pleased with our final purchase and obtained at a great price and interest free credit.

One of the things that makes or breaks any shopping experience for me is the ability to just browse unhindered. This is especially important when items are 'big ticket'!
On the day we visited we purchased a wardrobe and bed and mattress.
When we had questions, we sought out Carl, who could not have been more helpful.
When we were ready to purchase it was Carl again who took us through the process.
Could not recommend them more.

Good value but potential long lead time of up to 20 weeks. Store was busy but few staff coped well. Carl Sixsmith offered excellent service.

The Chester store stocks an excellent range of quality furniture at competitive prices. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and allow you to browse at leisure until you are ready ro seek their advice. We recently placed an order with Joe Tudor and are grateful to him for his excellent customer service.
