Really frustrating as 3 times the system expired before I could finish inputting my details and would not except my Revolut card so had to use my lloyds debit

We're sorry to hear that the system expired a few times before you were able to finalise your booking. This is something that is being looked into.
Regarding your Revolut card not being accepted, this isn't an issue that we've had before, and we're unaware of why this may have occurred, as our payment provider generally accepts these types of card.

Return Trip to Heysham outgoing 17th…
Return Trip to Heysham outgoing 17th back on the 20th. Not a good experience on the Ben McChree, they were far too many people on board and not enough seats, ended up having to sit on the floor or a on deck in the wind for four hours. People were sat under the stairwell ,on deck, and in the Shop.
A very unpleasant crossing and really should be compensated for this. The number of OAP’s on board struggled as the lift were out of action and should there have been an emergency evacuation it would’ve been total chaos.

We can assure you our crew onboard are committed to helping passengers, including finding seating if requested to do so. Unfortunately even with this commitment it isn’t always achievable for them due to other passengers taking up more seating than they require. We can confirm we do have seating for all booked passengers, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that this will be together or in an area of your choice.

Trip to Liverpool
Some of the drop down menus are quite small and as an older person it's sometimes difficult to actually click on the correct one. I'm also surprised that as an Island resident there are no concessions for older people, or when events such as TT and Grand Prix are on. However pleased with the price I've paid for my future trips to Liverpool

Relatively easy to book with IOM Steam Packet
The only issue I had with booking was booking a vehicle, the drop down menu was a little obscure on the page. Otherwise the process was easy and payment went through smoothly.
