Great communication from the company, with timely reminders of the booking, and then a courtesy message advising of their approximate time on the day, can't ask for better than that.

As well as the yearly boiler service, Garry offered great advice replacing our now useless Nest thermostat, and helped us with booking in further work required.

Garry is a trusted heating engineer and is always very professional and friendly. I initially had Garry round to replace an old central heating boiler and this was carried out with no great upheaval. Fantastic, prompt and reliable service. Great to have found a decent local company to use again in the future. I had an issue with my boiler, which was overdue a service, along with our water tank. Garry came out the following day and was able to sort the issue by doing the boiler service, so no additional costs to worry about, which was great. Garry was friendly, professional, talked me through what he would be doing and even emailed over photos of the work carried out. Gary put in my boiler 3 years ago and he services it every year, I love the fact they send you a reminder and the always arrive in the time specified. He does a great job and is always very tidy as well.

I have used Garry over the years since I have moved to West Lothian, from the house I rented to my own house.

Not long after I got my house in December, the heater stopped working all of a sudden leaving us with no heating or hot water. He came to check and fix the issue of one of the valves in the heater, saving us from the cold. Later I had Garry to help install a new heater and hot water tank in my house. He explained clearly the heater and tank he recommended and the job was reasonably priced and professionally done.

Recently I encountered a tricky issue with dripping noticed in the tundish. Garry came round couple of times to make sure the issue is properly addressed.

Garry is professional and trustworthy. I have recommended him to my neighbours on my street and I definitely recommend him to whoever reading this.
