Customer service excellent. Easy to deal with. Good communication. Very thorough- boiler and fire service lasted 1 hour 50 minutes!

Fantastic service from Stark Heating & Gas Ltd. The water pump stopped working in a house and we had a low water pressure in a house. Contacted Gary to arrange a quote for a new way of water supply and a new indirect cylinder installation. Once the quote was accepted, Gary and team were able to start few days later, which was a massive help. The full installation was carried out within a day, with the work being to a really high standard. The Stark Heating & Gas Ltd have been a trusted, competent, reliable and reasonably priced company, personable service, great communication and a pleasure to deal with.

Great experience, will definitely use them going forward! Repairs and service were completed quickly and the pressure issue with the boiler is resolved. Arrived on time for the appointment and was happy to talk me through what he was doing and why he was doing it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Garry and Ryan have been taking care of my boiler servicing for 4 years and do an excellent job. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The admin communication is excellent, thanks Nicola, texts to confirm appointments and give specific arrival times. Very helpful to get a specific time rather than a half day slot. Respectful of property, friendly guys, and you get pictures and an explanation of the work done which builds a lot of trust

Another great job completed by Stark Heating & Gas. We needed 3 old radiators replaced with new double panel ones. What was hoped to be a simple job turned into quite a mammoth task with carpets and floorboards needing to be lifted but Zach got on with the job in the same polite, efficient and professional manner as we have seen on previous jobs. He spent time going through each of the radiators afterwards to make sure we were happy with them despite having to go to another 2 jobs after us! He also spotted a couple of marks on one of the radiators which he was not happy with so told us that he would get it replaced and came back the following morning with a new one. As on previous occasions the house was left absolutely spotless. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and already have our boiler service booked in for the end of the year.

We shopped around and got 4 quotes before choosing Stark heating and gas to fit our new boiler. Their communication before and during the job was fantastic. Very tidy workers and arrived exactly when they said they would. Both gents were a pleasure to have in your home. Boiler fitting was so smooth and quick. If I had to get another boiler fitted I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I can’t rate them highly enough.
