Yet again Gary and Ryan ,of Stark Heating and Gas West Calder, have delivered amazing service. The guys are very professional and informative when carrying out repairs and services. They are respectful of the customers property at all times. Its a pleasure to have them in my home. I highly recommend this company for gas and heating maintenance and installations. and

I have used Stark Heating & Gas Ltd several times to service and maintain our boiler and central heating system. As always, Garry was courteous, explained what he was doing and gave me full confidence in the works being carried out in a professional manner.

His timekeeping is very good, always arriving on time, or calling ahead if there is an opportunity for him to come earlier than scheduled.

A recent implementation of ServiceM8 provides great communication and reminders.

I have no hesitation in using Stark Heating for all our heating services.

Excellent service yet again. Booked to diagnose fault that had developed with our boiler. Had to wait around 3 weeks for the appointment as Gary so booked up, but was very happy to do so as we've had such excellent service in the past and these guys now know our boiler. Fault diagnosed, part sourced and repaired within one day. Communication fantastic throughout.

Gary & Ryan arrived earlier than expected which was great, notification to say how long they would be, arrived with a smile and a pleasant hello, as soon as they entered they both wore shoe covers, had a lovely chat with them and they got on with service of the boiler, I needed a part replaced, to keep the boiler running as it should. Had Stark Heating & Gas install a new boiler for us. They were recommended to us by another heating engineer and we are so grateful that they did. The whole team Nicola, Garry and Ryan were efficient and friendly. Nicola was on the ball organising appointments and dealing with enquiries. Garry and Ryan worked tirelessly to get the installation done. They even arranged for the builders to come and brick up our old flue hole. We had a couple of wee snags that were acted upon so promptly by the whole team and you can really see that Garry cares for his customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this family team to anyone. Happy to have my heating in their hands going forward.
