I have put 1 STAR as it doesn't allow…

I have put 1 STAR as it doesn't allow you to put no stars my advice is do not use this place its Terrible customer service guy in office couldn't even be bothered to get off his phone!!! I would understand if he was on a call but he was just sitting there looking at phone & hardly looked up when spoken to as for cars most need work done on then hence why some are cheap !!! My advice.. if you have to travel far don't bother because you will most likely get some issues & have to return just by reading other reviews tell me that if local maybe popping you might get something BUT IF THERE CARS ARE ANYTHING LIKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FORGET IT there's far better places

Car I bought had High pressure fuel…

The Car I bought had High pressure fuel pump issues, I had to limp it to my local garage and paid a big bill to replace the pump..! Car ran after 2 days of buying like a tricycle..! Unfortunately they weren't interested in helping after sale..So the warranty that is offered is useless..' Buyers Beware.' .!! ( Of course in an ideal world, the seller would contact and offer some compensation towards the problem, but I won't hold my breath..! )

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Bought a car from Star Cars London and within 3 weeks it developed a DPF fault — completely undrivable within a month.

Their response was disgusting. Delayed repairs for weeks, zero care about the inconvenience, made us pay to transport the car, and then kept it for over a month with almost no updates unless we chased constantly. Rude, dismissive, and no courtesy car — just shocking service from Malik.

When we finally got it back, it was dumped on a random road at a dodgy garage. We had to find it ourselves, only to see it had been returned in a worse condition — curbed wheels, dents, scratches everywhere. They then had the nerve to deny it despite clear proof.

They even pressured us into removing a previous review just to return our locking wheel nut — disgusting behaviour.

Now the SAME issue has happened again, and they’re trying to send us back to the same mechanic, and said it was our fault for driving the car in a way that caused the issue even though it was motorway driven only.

Disgusting company, pathetic service, even worse people. Avoid at all costs!!!

Star Cars Hidden Admin Fee £199.

My partner bought a car from star cars London just under two weeks ago. The car itself is ok, well is so far anyway.
The major thing that they do not make clear is the Admin Fee which they charge and do not advertise on their website. Only on a A4 laminated poster which is in their cabin on site.

⭐️ Serious Safety Concerns and Failure…

⭐️ Serious Safety Concerns and Failure to Provide Documentation

My experience with Star Cars London has been extremely concerning.

Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, it broke down while I was driving with my child in the car. Smoke was coming from the engine and I was later told that under no circumstances should the vehicle be driven. This was a frightening and potentially dangerous situation that should never occur so soon after buying a car.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a vehicle must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. A car breaking down in this manner shortly after purchase clearly raises serious questions about those standards.

After the car was repaired, I requested documentation detailing what work had been carried out. I was refused any paperwork and was even told I needed to “ask nicely” when requesting it. Refusing to provide repair documentation shows a lack of transparency and professionalism, particularly after a safety-related fault.

Overall, I have been left feeling unsafe, dismissed, and extremely disappointed by how this situation was handled. I would strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious and ensure they understand their rights before purchasing from this dealership.
