StairBox has produced for me a partially assembled staircase in 33mm pine. The design process is reasonably straightforward, although time consuming as you work your way through a variety of possible combinations of step number and stair width, rise, & going dimensions to try and get the final design to match your required dimensions, with clearance. I used the minimal clearance and made things difficult for myself. The staff were quick and helpful at answering the questions I had. The delivery was on time and straightforward although it was important to have extra people to make the moving of the largest pre assembled flight easier. The staircase is only partially completed at this point, but it looks really good. The only minor problem I have is that there are a small number of imperfections in some of the parts. I may not even bother mentioning them to StairBox. I would happily recommend StairBox, and would use them again.

Despite being made to measure remotely, the fit was spot on — every dimension matched perfectly when it arrived, which honestly exceeded our expectations for something ordered without an in-person consultation. Thr website tools were relatively easy to use except for a mitre stair configuration.
Delivery service was good and the product quality is high.
We forgot to order the newels but this was quickly rectified and processed quickly so minimal delay on the install.
Really pleased with the final look.
