Everyone, from entry to reception, to optometrist, and also customer service was very welcoming & patient. Great energy all around !
The salesperson had a skill of picking out glass shapes that compliment my face & features. In the end, I didn’t choose the original pair I thought I liked, and instead purchased one he showed me because I loved it ! Thank you very much Team SS Bentleigh !

Waste of money and time
Waste of money and time. Bought on the two-for-one offer, then found the second frame couldn’t be used by me,both pairs had to be made with my partner’s lenses. Had to buy a separate frame on top, $386 total. The price to fit my own lenses into the spare frame went from around $100 to $160 between visits. Ended up with one usable pair, a frame nobody can use, and two wasted trips.
