Very helpful . Honest feedback . Definitely going back there again

An appointment was needed urgently to check our 5 year old granddaughter's eye which looked to have a nasty infection. This was arranged quickly and efficiently and on a busy day of the week.

Fast service and very professional.

You need to provide a customer toilet in store (Scarborough)!! Customers are often in your store for over an hour having an eye test and choosing glasses. When you are elderly or diabetic (like me) you can’t last out without access to a toilet. To be sent to Costa Coffee down the street (twice) during my visit is simply not good enough!!!

Update: Your reply to my feedback invites me to “shoot a DM to us on socials”!! Is this really a suitable reply to an elderly customer - who will need a translation of the meaning? Let’s have some respectful adults replying to the feedback we take the time to leave, instead of kids or maybe “bots” programmed by kids!!

This was an emergency visit. I was greeted and welcomed by a team member . My eye test was carried out by Rebecca, again, i was welcomed and felt very relaxed in her examination of my eyes. After various tests and scans Rebecca explained the way forward to deal with my vision problem I was having.
Thanks to all team members for there very friendly welcome and professional help.

Had my cataracts done late last year, and early this year, time for some new glasses, still trying to get used to my new glasses, they seem very different.

Lenses don't fit the frame, again. Not first time.

Ordered contact lenses 8 days before my holiday told should receive them within 2 to 3 days then had email to say out of stock eventually received them the day after I returned from holiday

Specsavers Kingston Upon Thames took great care of my son and his need for some prescription sunglasses. Tiffany helped him pick out and fit correctly the coolest frames (from the adult range as he is just on the cusp sizing and style-wise at 10yrs old), and was incredibly helpful when answering all our many questions. Zen was amazing when we went in to collect - she was engaging and chatted to my son the whole way through the fitting process. Such a lovely experience - we can’t recommend the team in Kingston enough. 10/10!
