Average experience
More of a leisure centre than luxury spa, seemed a bit dated in places, treatment was brilliant though.
Staff were great although there was nowhere to get water/coffee/food within the spa area, had to go round to the restaurant, which was closed.

First class spa site
First saw SpaSeekers on instagram- have now booked 2 spa days via the site. Good descriptions of spa day specifications + pictures of the venues. Easy booking via the site and prompt email re: booking information.
The venues had my booking details and information on arrival. Competitive pricing.

I’d left it really late to book a Twilight Spa and there was no availability showing on the spa’s own website, so I thought I’d try SpaSeekers. Somehow they managed to get us in – I think we actually got the last three spaces!
Really impressed with how easy it was to book and so pleased we managed to get in at such short notice. I’ll definitely use SpaSeekers again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall good experience but booking spa slot requires better communication between Spa seekers and the individual spa
Easy to use, liked the fact you could book a specific date for the package not just a voucher. Confirmation was quick.
The main issue was once we got to the spa reception, when the member of staff claimed they had no knowledge of the spa access even though the hotel on check-in had all the details of our package.
I was told I should have received an email. I recalled being sent a link to book my ‘treatments’ but as none were included in the package and prices for treatments were ridiculous high I didn’t want to book any so I ignored it. I then noted that I had been sent an email from spa again on the morning of check in at 9am giving me times to book my spa slot that were between 11-12 that same day! This was 3 hrs before we could check in hotel and Spa Seekers package included slot either bet 4-6pm on that day and 10-1pm the following day. In the end she agreed to book us in the following day for am slot. As soon as she put our reference number in the system accepted it. So thry had made a fuss about nothing but would have been easier if the process between two parties was more streamlined
Despite this I would definitely use website again and recommend to others
