Disappointed on their customer service
The website is sleek but I'm very disappointed in their customer service as I called with issues booking my spa package and was told the reason was that the package was no longer available for the dates shown on the website. I asked for them to honor the price advertised and the rest of packages were more expensive but they said they were not allowed so I wasted around 30min of my time for an error on their side and had to spend more money.

From what you've described, it appears the spa's availability may not have been updated correctly before accepting live bookings, resulting in a reservation being confirmed when the spa was unfortunately unable to accommodate it. Slightly tricky booking procedure
Slightly tricky booking procedure. Kept going back and saying I had to make choices but it wouldn't let me. Then had to keep adding my order again. Now had confirmation through and the wrong treatment is on there for both myself & my guest !!

Glitch in online booking
After scrolling through for hours looking for a spa afternoon tea as a surprise for my daughter and myself, I booked what looked like the perfect afternoon, I was contacted by the hotel to say they could not accommodate us. I contacted spaseekers and a very nice and helpful young lady tried to find us an alternative. She said she'd found one but when I asked her to double check, the hotel was infact full and again unable to accommodate. This must be a glitch in the system and makes me very nervous about using Spaseekers.
