Easy to use and book
Easy to use and book, venue not so great ( Banantynes Ashford), tired pool, jacuzzi area, massages were however on point, staff professional great service, staff at reception very friendly and helpful.. although relaxation room people on mobiles and talking not very relaxing, would I go there again probably not, but spa seekers website very easy to use and good communication.

Booking process is confusing as you can't specify treatment times you want and despite ringing the hotel twice to try and ensure they fitted our schedule we didn't have our treatment times confirmed until after we were meant to be having them! This meant we missed out on the full treatments we had booked. The hotel very kindly fitted us in for half treatments later but this is really disappointing for what is meant to be a relaxing treat day. It was a very expensive day let down by a confusing booking system. I won't use this platform again and will be taking the matter further as we certainly didn't get value for money.

The Crown Plaza at Victoria Docks was great.…
The Crown Plaza at Victoria Docks was great - especially the hotel staff in the bar and restaurant who couldn't do enough to serve us. However I've only given 4 stars because we had huge problems on arrival as they hadn't been informed of my booking. I showed them my email proof and after many phone calls made by the check in staff (and a long frustrating wait for us) we were eventually able to check into our room. The reason for all the hassle we had, we were told, was a breakdown in communication. I'm not sure where in the process it had gone wrong ..... but I had telephoned Spaseekers Customer Service to book the hotel as I was using a gift voucher. The person I spoke to was very helpful and sent me the confirmation email with booking reference.

Overbooked - no availability
Small print said to check treatment times with the spa and when I did so, was informed that there was no availability at all! Really disappointing and just relieved we didn't arrive to be turned away...

From what you've described, it appears the spa's availability may not have been updated correctly before accepting live bookings, resulting in a reservation being confirmed when the spa was unfortunately unable to accommodate it.
