We currently have Five Retail Stores and a Distribution Centre all located in the Munster Region. There are two Stores in Cork and one store each in Limerick City, Waterford City and Tralee, Co. Kerry. The main Distribution Centre (including a Customer Collection Point) is located in Bishopstown, Cork City.

Apologies for the delay with the delivery of your order.
Our records show that your order was dispatched promptly and a delivery attempt was made on 25 August, however, no one was available at the property to receive the parcel.
The package was then held at Cork Little Island DSU for collection and is now being returned to us by AnPost.
As discussed, to resolve this as quickly as possible, we have arranged for a replacement order to be sent out, the new tracking has been sent to you via email.
