Placed an order with SoundSound on the 17/3/2026 for some software.
i waited a few days and the order didn't arrive so i emailed and they replied and said the order would be delivered the 23rd of April.
i have just email to see if the order was been posted, now they told me it would be delivered the 20th of May so it will take 2 months for delivery.
I will ask for a refund but i'm not holding much hope.
I would not recommend this company they look like scammers.

DO NOT BUY – Repeated Delays and Refund Refused
I ordered a Roland FP10-BK on January 5, 2026 (Order PZXJQBHBR). After taking my payment of 368.10 €, this company has repeatedly moved the shipping date (from February to March, and now April). When I requested a cancellation and refund due to these delays, they refused, claiming orders are "binding"—despite failing to deliver the product for over two months.
They are holding my money hostage and ignoring consumer protection laws. I have been forced to initiate a bank dispute/chargeback and report them to the European Consumer Centre. Avoid this shop at all costs.

I am having the same experience as the other reviews noted. My order was supposed to be shipped on February 19th, and upon writing them a few days after the provided shipping date, I was informed that it would be shipped a month later because they apparently didn't have the product on hand when I placed the order. No shipping numer or order number was ever provided. Currently asking for a refund, and waiting for a reply. Nobody is answering when calling the phone number provided on the website either...

Same experience as in other comments. I ordered and payed an item which was "on stock" but they kept on postponing the delivery. I now have asked for a refund.

Same experience as previous review. Product was supposed to available when I ordered in December. I still did not receive it, each month, I receive a mail postponing delivery 1 month later. And I cannot be refunded. I payed 644 € maybe for nothing. I’m afraid this is a fake web site… I‘ll update my review if I get good news from them…

I purchased an audio product from this website because it was clearly advertised as “in stock” with fast delivery.

Payment (€710) was made via SEPA bank transfer.

After payment was completed, I was informed that the product was not actually in stock.

Later, I received written confirmation that the item would be shipped on February 19th. No shipment occurred. No tracking number was provided. No explanation was given.

I formally requested a refund since the product was not available as advertised. The refund was refused, citing “company policy”.

Communication then stopped.

There is also a discrepancy between the commercial website name and the legal entity receiving the payment, which raises concerns regarding transparency.

I am still awaiting either valid proof of shipment or a refund.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller.
