Kerry. The main Distribution Centre (including a Customer Collection Point) is located in Bishopstown, Cork City.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service, I ordered a dishwasher and within the next hour they had delivery arranged for the next day. Installation was very quick, and staff were friendly and nice to deal with. Will definitely order from them again.

Long wait & poor communication
Items ordered online Aug 13th. Got email to say ready in 2-3 days but to expect another email to confirm items will be in store & ready for collection. After hearing no more, 8 days later I called to the store. Items were in store all along from Aug 13th. The store wasn't responsible for or aware of emails sent re collection & presumed i was slow to collect. Very disappointing. Unclear communication. Waiting 8 days with no word, then to find out I could have picked up items the same day I ordered them is frustrating.

Soundstore Wilton Freezer and TV Purchase
I've recently bought both a TV and Freezer from the Wilton store. The staff are informative and helpful. They were able to deliver the freezer the following day and took the old one away with them. The only blemish is I was expecting the receipt for the TV by email but that didn't arrive. Overall though, very good service.
