Ordered Bamboo socks size 7 to13. Arrived. Tried one on . Nowhere near fit. I am size 12.5 shoe size. Said I could return, as long as packaging was intact. I replied how can I try them on without undoing packaging. Have recieved no reply. They are nog fit for purpose. Very dissapointed.

Order say 2-3 days which you pay for, but apparently that means upto 7 days.. Being upfront and honest are the basics of any business. It's not hard, your only selling socks.

Ordered two sets of jeep hiking socks for almost £20. Ordered a set of the pink and purple ones, when they arrived the purple ones were the wrong ones, super disappointing at nearly 10 each! i wouldn't have minded but they were to match my outfit :( i contacted customer service on ebay who were very blunt and said they must have been the newer model, which they aren't (they offer 2 purple colours the one i ordered and the ones i received , so they were wrong) i just didn't order them ones and got sent the other purple style. Contacted live chat who said someone would email me, but so far ive not had a response regarding sending me the wrong socks. The delivery was quick so that was a plus. Just want the socks i originally ordered.

Never met more rude customer service, speak to you like crap. “I did tell you to return them to us” yes with no information at all what you were going to do, are you exchanging them refunding them? Nah will never use this place again.

I bought some bamboo socks for my son and they last 2 weeks! You can literally see them falling apart in front of your eyes! Awful but they “seemed” to have good reviews…..wont buy anything from this company again. Waste of money.

Sent the wrong item and then I had the inconvenience of a complicated returns procedure.

Have bought socks for years from here. Last order within a day my toes were poking them, yes my nails are short ! Went through customer service to get replacements and such a faff, they wanted photos sent, couldn’t be bothered with the fuss so just won’t use again. As others have said, the quality has gone downhill recently

It used to be good and the products was comfy.
Of late it's like the products are getting made cheaply for mass production so the quality is failing.
We got 12 pairs of lazy pand boxers and they have not lasted at all. The first lot we bought a few years ago lasted over a year, these have lasted 2 months at best but all the stitching(seams) fail on every pair and we bought 12 pairs.
Date is a rough date.
But they have not lasted

Ordered 6 pairs of socks and one had a hole after being worn once. Could be a fluke or a sign that I have spent £20 on 6 pairs of socks that will be in the bin shortly.
Used the chat and I was asked for a picture. I have now to wait on management contacting me and I have to return the product - I assume at my own expense. A shame I didn’t buy 30 pairs and I could charge it back as it was over £100. Avoid at all costs. They may have 24hr live chat but you get nowhere.

I’ve ordered a couple of times from this company and the socks are comfy, but wear out within a couple of months. They all developed holes in the heels or toes poked though. I wouldn’t order from them again however I’m also unable to unsubscribe from their emails. I’ve followed the unsubscribe link twice in three months and personally contacted them twice and received reassures that I’m no longer on their mailing list, but I am still receiving marking emails from them.

Ordered 6 pairs of Pringle lace shoe liner socks from Sockshop. Price £19.47 incl. postage. Worn 3 pairs and different toe areas have holes on 3 of them. I don't have long/rough toenails, take a size 5 shoe and ordered the larger sizes. I usually buy cheap ones but went for these for holiday, never again. On contacting sock shop I was told I could only return the unworn ones in the original packaging. Of course I don't have this. Total waste of money.

Poor quality socks compared to other brands and I’m sick of woke emails with 20 percent rainbow nonsense .

Beautiful socks. I ordered plain white, seam free ladies socks, came the next day and they are so very comfortable, light and wonderfully soft, they’re like wearing clouds. Extremely satisfied.

I have made multiple purchases from Sockshop, a very eco friendly company - I particularly like their Lazy Panda lounge and sleep wear range, which is 95% bamboo fabric - very competitive price and sooo comfortable to wear - it is seriously good value - a big thumbs up from me

One of the packs of socks I ordered was faulty, but they refunded it no problem and didn't even ask me to return it.

Ok, but don't fall for the upsell. I'm happy with the bamboo socks (although they all had the annoying plastic tags through them and after reading all the reviews about holes in socks we'll have to see how long they last. My main problem with them is that I also ended up buying some pyjama trousers in order to qualify for a free gift (pair of boxers). The pyjamas seem to be fairly low quality, so overpriced, and I didn't receive the free gift so I do feel a bit ripped off now. Customer support have said I didn't choose a free gift, but I remember clicking the box, looking at the different options and then selecting boxers in my size so I don't know what's happened there. I'm not going to waste my time arguing over a free pair of boxers, but I doubt I'll be a returning customer. If I'd have just got the socks and not been swayed by the 'free gift' I'd probably be happy!

My complaint was fully dealt with in the amazing time of 21 minutes!
I showed a photo of a small hole that developed in two months of wear. (Very comfortable socks, will definitely buy again)
And I got an email promising refund 21 minutes after I started my complaint. That has to be the best customer service ever!

Awesome socks! The patterns are such fun, yes, but the reasons I return again and again to Sock Shop's bamboo socks is that a) they are extremely comfortable and b) they really FIT!

I am leaving a five star review for the service in terms of delivery and prompt communications. I have worn one pair so far and after one use there is a hole . The socks are incredibly comfortable. I play golf and suffer from feet getting hot and sore. I just hope the socks are reasonably durable.

I ordered the 3 pairs of comfort cuff plain gentle bamboo socks, with smooth toe seems , from sockshop in Royals colour. As I have bad feet due to a leg ulcer and ulcer on foot , and I have to say , that these are some of the most comfortable socks I have bought ( and trust me when I say i've bought ALOT of socks , that were supposed to be diabetic , smooth toes etc and WERE NOT). They are great to wear with boots , trainers, and shoes. They do not make your feet sweat, and are EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. So much so I am now buying another 6 pairs.
Also I highly recommend both the company , and the socks. 🙂.
