Do not order if you want something to arrive on time

Absolutely disgraceful service. I ordered two cards for a birthday and created personal cards. The order was sent to the wrong address and put back into the post. I ordered the card again and paid for express delivery for Saturday! Today is Monday and it still has not been dispatched. I have tried to get hold of someone but only a live chat who says they will escalate my case to someone more senior who will get back to me in 48 hours! What a joke! They clearly do not understand the deadline for a birthday - which has already passed! I paid £7 for express delivery to arrive by Saturday 4pm and nothing! My other order is back being returned. No manager will speak to with me directly for 48 hours, you cannot speak to anyone on the phone to chase missing orders! An absolute disgrace! Do not trust this company to deliver!

Pictures were really bad quality

Pictures were really bad quality. Now I understand why they were so cheap. Going to order new ones fron somewhere else.

Great. My go to photo book company.

Great functionality when designing the photo book. Easy to navigate. Great offers and fast delivery. Great quality too.
My only wish is that you could deliver to Switzerland.

The worst company to entrust your…

The worst company to entrust your photos with. I received photos from someone else two times in a row until I just asked to be reimbursed to get out of their system as quickly as possible.

Generally very good but not this time

I have been using Snapfish for 10 years - in France this year and last year and in the UK previously. I love the product and service but this year has been really disappointing. My order did not arrive at all and I had to push the customer service to have it reprinted and resent. All in all, it arrived approximately 1 month from the time I ordered it. Also, the quality of the print has not been very good this year (seems like quite low digital print resolution.)

My problem is that I do not speak…

My problem is that I do not speak French and accidentally ordered two of the same calendars when I only wanted one and it was for 2023, 2034. (Not sure why Snapfish would sell a 2023 calendar in November of 2023.). Obviously the problem is with me, but it would be helpful to have an option to have the instructions in English as well as French.
