Never received my items

Never received my items. They will not answer emails or phone calls, but when I made a message complaint on their Facebook page, they deleted it instantly.

Didn't get the express shipping I paid for

i phoned up the day after i made my purchase to try and pay extra for express shipping. they sent me a payment link nand ni paid the extra to get express shipping. Then about 8 days later my package arrives.

No response to emails

No response to emails as I didn’t realise half my order would be fulfilled a month after purchase. I would email to enquire and received no answer. Eventually some of my order turned up and the other half was refunded. Just be aware
