By far the best customer service!

By far the best customer service I’ve come across. I’ve raised an issue and within minutes, yes minutes - my issue got dealt with - freaking AMAZING!!!

Subscription Cancellation

I have cancelled my automatic subscription through iPhone settings, but was then automatically charged for the renewal. I contacted support directly through the app and requested a refund and I received a reply and a refund in literally a couple of minutes.

The support team's prompt response and ease of communication is probably what topped off the experience. I have tried contacting other services like this but have not held the same helpful responses, and certainly not as fast.

Support made my refund request much…

Support made my refund request much easier than expected. Once I sent the information required to find & verify the transaction. Nikki, I believe was the Support Rep's name, kindly and quickly took the reigns resolving my issue. Gave me a brief explanation which answered my questions with excellent communication. My refund posted to my account within the time-frame she previoisky stated.
10 stars for Nikki and all other parties involved during the conversation and refund process. Overall the SmartyMeApp gets 10 stars as well.
