I had signed up for Smarty Me while looking to advance my communication skills, though did not have the time to use it.

I had signed up for SmartyMe while working as a VP at a technology company. I possess excellent communication skills, and I wanted to further advance these.

While the App didn’t work well for me at the time (time constraints and my lack of patience), the company did refund all monies they received after I had cancelled and had shown I didn’t use the App.

Fantastic customer service

The user interface is really good. The customer support is brilliant, I got an immediate response and the issue was resolved within 10minutes. They share that their policy is to get customer service requests attended to within 60mins and the response time expectation was exceeded by far.

I trust this company to keep to their word. No scams, no problems.

How can you mangle signing up for an…

How can you mangle signing up for an app? During the commute home, anything is possible. When I landed at home, I fired up the pc and asked for help about signing up. Not only did I get a response in 7 minutes (shazam!) But, I got a 2nd response, 4 minutes after that clearly following up with the first responder. Thorough, polite, understanding and fixed me up right away. Nikki & Mike, what pair! The app is going to be mind-blowing if customer support is set that high.

Excellent customer service

Well, I can't review the app itself. But I can say their customer service was great! My son purchased a subscription without our permission which I caught only after the payment was made. I reached out via email to their customer support and literally within an hour they not only responded, but they helped me to resolve the issue with a full refund. Companies like this that have an understanding for mistakes, and are open to working with their customers really means a lot.

TRefunded without a hitch

The app wasnt for me. I am extremely unique. Even more unique that everyone else. But I cancelled the subscription and received a refund no problem.

Great app and costumers service
