I really appreciate that the company…

I really appreciate that the company was responsive and responsible enough to help the customers. I requested money back for a subscription and in no time they started the refound.

You can checkout any time you like but you can never leave..

I've attempted to cancel multiple times and they claim they cannot find my account, though they seem to have no issue locating when the time to bill comes.

I will most likely have to just get a new credit card at this point, so they can no longer bill the old one.

Excuse me maam are we best friends now?

I got to play games to learn electricity. Extremely helpful. Then the people that I spoke to when I had a problem responded faster than I have EVER had any respond in. my. life. That was a great experience all around. I really like this app.

I never signed up for this app!!! Don’t know how this happened unless I clicked on it and didn’t realize they charge you automatically!! Very frustrating and deceptive!!!

I had signed up for Smarty Me while looking to advance my communication skills, though did not have the time to use it.

I had signed up for SmartyMe while working as a VP at a technology company. I possess excellent communication skills, and I wanted to further advance these.

While the App didn’t work well for me at the time (time constraints and my lack of patience), the company did refund all monies they received after I had cancelled and had shown I didn’t use the App.

Fantastic customer service

The user interface is really good. The customer support is brilliant, I got an immediate response and the issue was resolved within 10minutes. They share that their policy is to get customer service requests attended to within 60mins and the response time expectation was exceeded by far.

I trust this company to keep to their word. No scams, no problems.

How can you mangle signing up for an…

How can you mangle signing up for an app? During the commute home, anything is possible. When I landed at home, I fired up the pc and asked for help about signing up. Not only did I get a response in 7 minutes (shazam!) But, I got a 2nd response, 4 minutes after that clearly following up with the first responder. Thorough, polite, understanding and fixed me up right away. Nikki & Mike, what pair! The app is going to be mind-blowing if customer support is set that high.
