I reached out to the SmartyMe folks…

I reached out to the SmartyMe folks with concerns about an app billing issue that turned out to be my error. The administrators were very kind and forgiving and worked with me to come up with a solution that was extremely helpful. The app is great and the customer service even better.

The app is very well done and extremely…

The app is very well done and extremely easy to use. The support staff was beyond helpful. The only issue for me is the $25 monthly subscription price. It is just more than I can afford. Hopefully as more and more folks start using the app, the price will come done and I can subscribe again.

I really appreciate that the company…

You can checkout any time you like but you can never leave..

I've attempted to cancel multiple times and they claim they cannot find my account, though they seem to have no issue locating when the time to bill comes.

I will most likely have to just get a new credit card at this point, so they can no longer bill the old one.

I got to play games to learn electricity. Extremely helpful. Then the people that I spoke to when I had a problem responded faster than I have EVER had any respond in. my. life. That was a great experience all around. I really like this app.
