I really like the concept Unfortunaly…

I really like the concept Unfortunaly didn’t have time for it due to personal private problems. I even forgot to practice. It is worth to try out. They sent your money back if you don’t want to continue after the try -out.

The app was great.

The app was great but had no time going through the sections because I’m so busy but this month I hit a rut and got charged again for my subscription but thought I had cancelled it because of my situation. Anyways I reached out to customer service and Nikki at SmartMe was able to assist me. I truly appreciate it her. Will be back.

Great for Beginners

I’m glad the initial subscription is just a small amount so if you’re not happy with it, you’re only out a little bit. Unfortunately, it wasn’t even 12 full hours and I didn’t get a full refund, but they were very kind and responded very quickly even on a weekend.
They’re interactive Program is pretty cool and they have the right idea for someone shy or requiring a beginner or intermediate level of communication skills! I’m just a little closed off and don’t come up with things as quick as I used to, so was looking for something a little deeper! Happy communication and connecting!

Customer service does the right thing

I got into a subscription without really realizing it. The team contacted me immediately after I complained and investigated throughout and quickly until I got reimbursed. Very honest, very fair, no questions asked. Makes me feel confident about trying it again in the future if I change my mind (and no one is paying me to say that). I dont know about the app because I didnt try it, but now I trust their customer service to do the right thing

Saw a charge on my credit card

Saw a charge on my credit card. Sent an email to customer service. They were very fast and cancelled my subscription. They were super friendly and resolved my issue within minutes.
