I ordered an exercise band which never came.
I found it very hard to find the company. When I did, I couldn't find the support for a product, just if I had an account or wanted an account. I did get a place to tell my complaint and did get support which was prompt. I was told by Kaus that I would get a refund within a few days. He told me my package was lost in transit. He was very helpful, but I can't say the same for Smartsaker.com I ordered it on 22/04/2026 about 1 1/2months ago.

DIY Lawn Aeration
First, the Smartsaker lawn aerator arrived several days ahead of the expected delivery date, a pleasant surprise. I had some confusion on my part after ordering the aerator, however the customer service rep, Kaus, was extremely helpful and was able to clear up my confusion. Several days of rain have kept me from testing the aerator. This morning I was able to start using the aerator on some trouble spots in the lawn and it appears that I have a very handy devise to aerate the lawn. Again, Kaus thank you for your patience in the purchase of this product.
