I ordered the stool on the tire for my son-in-law's truck. Unfortunately his tire was too wide for the product. I reached out to customer support and they responded quickly and issued my refund quickly. I appreciate their quick responses and understanding in why I needed to cancel. Thank you so much!

Ordered a fuel transfer pump but didn't realize that if I had read further on would find out that couldn't use it for gasoline which is what I ordered it for. Emailed them back advising didn't realize my mistake till opened box looked at instruction manual and it says diesel and can not use it with gasoline. They emailed me back within a day and said no problem and refunded my money back in which I have already received in less than a week from the time I received the package in. Thank you thank you so much I appreciate your great customer service

I have had 2 no Saker 4inch chainsaws and both failed.
With the first one Smartsaker gave me a discounted price on a new one whcih I purchased - that has failed.
Sadly Smartsaker do not respond to any emails.
I would not go near them with a barge pole - stay clear of them

I appreciate that since the product didn't work for me the way I had hoped, that the customer representative responded quickly to return the expense to my credit card and let me know what I would need to do then. The 4 stars rating is because the product didn't work for me. The customer service was 5 stars!

I ordered an item a bit over $100.00. I ordered in error and explained I am elderly and don't read all the fine print sometimes. I offered to mail it back to them. They are so kind!! Within a couple of days I had my refund. Another thing is, they found my apartment building and put the item inside the building!!! Between DoorDash and a company named GO???? I've had 4 items delivered to the wrong building and apartment number. The total delivery errors is now 5 since May 1. So, tell your staff doing the heavy lifting, THANK YOU!!!

The company sent the wrong sized board. They refunded me and I purchased the larger size. They are quick in resolving issues. I highly recommend.

The product was late, but Smartsaker made it right with a refund and then didn't ask for the money back after I got it in the mail.
So here's the bad news (for me). My daughter sat on the cushion once and begged to keep it because it made her lower back feel so good. So I wished her a happy birthday, and away she went with my wonderful support cushion.

After submitting my concern of a damaged package that looked it had been opened before being sent to me and the equipment did not function at all when I assembled it. They were fast to respond to my concern and refunded my money back with instructions to dispose of the equipment with no problems at all. I would trust this organization again to purchase and would recommend anyone to do so as well.

I made a mistake and doubled my order so I emailed their help contact and the next day Kaus emailed me and had taken care of everything after reading my email. I’ll update after I receive my order.

I made a stupid error ordering some goods and not until the confirmation order arrived did I notice I had ordered twice. I quickly made contact and Kaus responded to my error, correcting the order and arranging a credit.
The whole epIsode was dealt with speed and efficiency.

I ordered an exercise band which never came.
I found it very hard to find the company. When I did, I couldn't find the support for a product, just if I had an account or wanted an account. I did get a place to tell my complaint and did get support which was prompt. I was told by Kaus that I would get a refund within a few days. He told me my package was lost in transit. He was very helpful, but I can't say the same for Smartsaker.com I ordered it on 22/04/2026 about 1 1/2months ago.

This company really take good care of their customers and stand by their products, I have dealt with many companies that are unwilling to make adjustments for returns or complaints, but this vendor really showed me that customers satisfaction is their priority.
I would definitely recommend this company.
