Delivery was reported to me but in fact, the order wasn't delivered at that time. When I told Smartsker that I had not received the order, Kaus (Support), immediately authorized a full refund. That was unexpected but much appreciated.
Ordered a product and it was lost in the mail. Contacted Smartsaker and I immediately received a refund. Will buy from them again!

After typing an extensive review, all satisfactory and positive, I was asked to send a code [8466] sent to me via e-mail. Unfortunately in my effort to find the code, I loss my reply. Perhaps, or hopefully it got sent under my 5 START review.

I made an error on an order. According to their AI phone agent, the order was cancelled. It wasn't, my card was charged. I contact CS via email. With 24 hrs, an answer from a person. Shortly thereafter, another email from Kaus, and a credit issued. It was. Email best way to contact them.

I inadvertently ordered a seat and back cushion-my sister who was next to me and for whom I thought it would be good said she'd just ordered a different one- but I didn't realize the order had gone through until I saw a confirmation email. I immediately wrote back and explained my situation and the response was prompt that they were reviewing it. Within a couple of days, they got back and returned the money with a very nice personalized note. That definitely inspired in me confidence in their company and I would not hesitate to go back.

My scissors would not fully charge after 4 days, so I wrote the company and sent them a picture. They have shipped a new one out to me. They did so immediately and without hesitation. I so appreciate their customer service dept. They stand behind offering the best service. I definitely recommend this company as they stand behind their products.

Coming from a background of business ownership and Sales & Marketing expertise with a focus on Customer Service, I am always alert to how company's handle issues.
In a recent experience with SmartSaker, I encountered an excellent example of outstanding Customer Service when the item I had ordered did not arrive, but was shown as being delivered. I received an immediate reply from Kause in their Support Team confirming that they had already issued a complete refund to my credit card.
Their instant complete trust in the veracity of my issue was amazing and a rare example of an enlightened approach to Customer Service in today's cynical business environment.
Smartsaker now has my loyalty for life.

Kaus (Support) did an amazing job on my recent concern (an item from a two-item purchase order was not included with the one item that was indeed delivered as expected).
Kaus was consistently attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and clear in all his communications with me. He was also quite thorough in responding to me, and he kept me in the loop via email throughout his investigation of the missing/partial delivery.
After determining that the second item was indeed not yet delivered, Kaus then initiated a new delivery order for my missing item; he also advised me by email of the estimated shipment date of the order and projected date of delivery.
I cannot tell you how impressed I am by him and his professionalism in this matter.
Bravo and many thanks to Kaus, and Bravo and many thanks also to Smartsaker for having such a smart and capable person on its team.
Further, please note that I look forward to sending an additional review note, as well, after receiving the delivery.
