Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Great except ages of children on kayak page went from 2-17 whereas the ages on the actual supplier were 2 -11. This made a difference in cost.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Good prices and easy booking. My only complaint is the very aggressive upselling, but it was only a little annoying to keep saying no.

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

The process was straightforward. I deducted a star because of the aggressive wording on the optional packages.

Best On-line Prices for Airfair

This is the first time in a very long time that I have used another site other than Expedia. The prices I found were almost $10 less expensive per person than the other sites. I just hope I have no issues with our tickets so we don't run into snags with this company. Here's to hoping we found an honest company. We no longer deal with Travelocity due to awful customer service when we needed help.

Bait-and-switch scam - charged first, demanded extra $202.80 after 16 hours

I booked a flight (Yerevan to San Francisco, then Los Angeles to Berlin, booking ref GWRQGN) on May 15, 2026. My card was charged immediately. About 16 hours later, I received an email demanding an additional USD 202.80, claiming fares had changed.

This is a deliberate bait-and-switch scheme: they show you a low price, charge your card, then hold the booking hostage until you agree to pay more. By the time they send the fare-change email, ticket prices on the actual airline's website are even higher - so you feel trapped with no good options.

When I told them this practice violates US Department of Transportation regulations on airfare pricing, the agent's only response was "Fare was actually increase that is we shared the e mail." I demanded a cancellation, which they confirmed in the live chat, and was told refund initiation takes 24-48 hours.

Avoid this company.
