Great prices, confusing reservations

Overall, the prices are great, and the items are okay, but I don't like it when flex pricing is automatically added to the total without my request. I was very confused; it seemed like a bait and switch. Then, I spoke with chat, and they helped.

Lied to by agent with SmartFares on the phone.

I was booking the ticket online on your website. On the top left it said Phone Only Deals. I called it and the guy assured me that it was cheaper to book it with him on the phone. It was $100 higher. I told him it was cheaper online on your website. He said I would not be able to book the flight as the order will not process. He LIED to me. I am happy with your online ordering and disgusted with the liar on the phone. I had to lower the stars to 3 on my experience.
