Great prices, confusing reservations
Overall, the prices are great, and the items are okay, but I don't like it when flex pricing is automatically added to the total without my request. I was very confused; it seemed like a bait and switch. Then, I spoke with chat, and they helped.

Less Hidden Fees, Better Price than the Airline
Based on the current marketplace, there were less hidden fees. $100 extra for seats; you pay for each leg of the trip. Even with the fees for seats, the fares were less than purchasing directly from the airline.

Lied to by agent with SmartFares on the phone.
I was booking the ticket online on your website. On the top left it said Phone Only Deals. I called it and the guy assured me that it was cheaper to book it with him on the phone. It was $100 higher. I told him it was cheaper online on your website. He said I would not be able to book the flight as the order will not process. He LIED to me. I am happy with your online ordering and disgusted with the liar on the phone. I had to lower the stars to 3 on my experience.
