Poor customer service
I called SMA Australian about a problem with the Sunny Boy solar panel inverter that was installed at my house. Mr. Javier Puente, one of SMA's customer service representatives, took my call.
I found Mr. Puente to be cold, mechanical, and rude. There was no warmth in his voice but instead some animosity and deep-seated anger at having to deal with a customer complaint.
I hope SMA may retrain its customer support staff so that they can be more friendly, approachable and warm.
