I’ve been a FabFitFun subscriber in the UK and while I do enjoy the concept, there is a significant issue with fairness for international customers.
Many of the most desirable items are unavailable to UK subscribers due to shipping restrictions, meaning we consistently have fewer choices compared to US members, despite paying the same subscription price.
Customer support were polite and did offer a small amount of loyalty credit as a goodwill gesture, but this doesn’t address the ongoing issue. The difference in value between US and international boxes remains.
I understand that some restrictions are unavoidable, but there should be a more consistent solution to ensure international customers receive equivalent value.
At the moment, it feels like UK members are paying the same price for a reduced experience.
I had a terrible experience with FabFitFun.
I signed up to accept a free starter box. While browsing, I saw options to subscribe and clicked on one expecting more information and pricing. Instead, I was immediately charged for both a seasonal and annual subscription with no clear pricing, explanation, or confirmation screen. That is extremely misleading.
When I contacted customer service, I had to repeat myself multiple times just to get them to understand that I wanted everything canceled. The representative came across as disinterested, and instead of handling my request, they kept trying to keep me subscribed with offers and scripted responses. Overall, the customer service experience was just as frustrating as the sign-up process.
I also want to add I emailed the company to express my thoughts and experience and never heard back.
They eventually processed a refund, but only after I pushed for it.
This felt deceptive and not transparent at all. I would not recommend signing up unless you’re okay with being charged without clear warning.
I had a package refused summer of 2023 and when I checked with the cc company - NO REFUND was issued. I have tried to reach out to their customer service but it is ai. At this point I am considering filing a mail fraud complaint with the USPS.

They make you commit to buying the box before you choose products. They show you great products but then when you get to the customizations, all the good products are gone and you're left to choose from not that great products.

Terrible experience. So far FabFitFun have taken over $260 from my card in January and February and I’ve not received anything. Customer Service is useless. They are refusing to help in any way. Update - despite Customer Service telling me several times that there wasn’t a problem and that I would receive my items, I was told today that my box and items were never processed, are all out of stock. They are refusing to refund me. I feel scammed.

Sort of fun. Products were ok - in each box I might get one product hat is great and a bunch of stuff that seems cheap. When I had an issue customer service was terrible.

I am 100% getting my money's worth. I didn't even know that they also offer products you can buy at huge savings. This changes how I shop for my necessities and wants.
One of my products arrived damaged and the help was near instant. I got a refund, but honestly, the value was still there regardless.

I used to be a long‑time annual member starting in 2022. I LOVED getting my FabFitFun boxes back then -items wrapped in tissue paper, a magazine, and the whole thing actually felt like a gift.
I recently came back and received my first Spring box, and I was honestly shocked at how different everything is now. The Spring box itself was plain, and the items inside weren’t wrapped in tissue paper or packaged nicely at all. No magazine, no packing list, no thank‑you, just nothing.
My 7 add‑ons were also missing. When I emailed customer service, it really felt like AI was responding. They sent me a tracking number that doesn’t show up anywhere on my account, so I couldn’t even tell if anything had shipped. The add‑ons arrived late, and when they finally did show up, everything was tossed loosely into a shipping box with zero care and these were premium beauty items. Three of them had leaked.
Customer service did give me a credit to use towards my next box, but the whole experience was disappointing enough that I cancelled my annual auto‑renewal. FabFitFun now feels like just another online retailer, and at this point I’d rather buy products locally here in Canada.
I used to be a member of fab fit fun and canceled - I loved the items at the time. I resubscribed this year and it has been TERRIBLE. The items are such low quality. I ordered an add on so I could get a matching sweat suit, when they arrived the fit was so absolutely terrible and ugly that I would never wear them. I was not given a return option nor a refund, despite never asking for one in the past. I am now having to work with my credit card company about it. This is disappointing quality and just terrible service. I will cancel my subscription and post on social about this. We can all see the company going downhill before our very eyes, despite the increasing prices. Completely disrespectful company values.

I have tried to cancel any membership I may have with this company, tried through their website, phone, facebook chat and email. All were a failure are the company does not allow me to log in let alone cancel. In facebook chat they reported me as going against the community standards and was put on suspention for 7 days. Nice company to deal with, NOT! I have been spam and ripped off. The merchandise I received was absolutly junk, more dollar general stuff.

I just cancelled my subscription after 7 years. The rising price was the reason I needed it canceled. It went up more than 50$.

I love when my FabFitFun box arrives! It’s so fun to pick from quality products and anticipate their arrival on my doorstep! My most recent order included a suave, classy purse style backpack, beautiful salad serving utensils, a coach necklace, perfume spray and sponge among other goodies! I highly recommend treating yourself or giving this as a gift to a special person in your life!

Can I give them zero stars?
Products are cheap, uninteresting and have inflated prices. Customization is limited and the “fit” is in name only.
Customer service is mostly AI and designed to be unhelpful. I’m stuck in a package deal and extremely dissatisfied. Don’t try this

I signed up for a trial starter box of FabFitFun and never received it. Then was charged for a seasonal box without authorizing the membership. I reached out to find out they had an address from 7 years ago that I had signed up with and never proceeded with membership despite me giving my correct address for the trial box. The agent sent me a replacement starter box with useless items, I donated them to Goodwill because who needs a crummy hat and candle? No way this has anywhere near the value they claim. The agent asked if wanted a credit towards my next box or to cancel, I asked to cancel.
Guess what? They did not cancel. Now I’ve been charged $85 again for a box of absolute garbage. I reached out and they said “too bad” and offered “points” as a resolution to this fraudulent charge.
Do NOT waste your money. The products are trash and the customer service is even worse.

I used to be a FFF member years ago but canceled and decided to go back. I absolutely LOVED my choices and picks! If you haven't tried FFF or even stopped and your thinking about coming back, DO IT. You won't be disappointed!
