Poor communication and customer service. Terrible delivery times
Paid for next day 10 am delivery (two days before) and on the morning was told the original order was not sent to the delivery company and so it would not be arriving that day. Asked for 10 am arrival the next day which then arrived at 2:30 pm. Delivery driver passed on the form and it stated up to 5 pm delivery so a member of Slade's was not truthful about this. Cost me a day and a half extra for the builder and labourer to which their response to my complaints email for compensation was "Ideally you would wait until you receive the goods before booking contractors to start work" - which is mind blowing. Clearly training needed on how the building industry works.
If you can, go direct to the supplier or buy local.

Speedy delivery and good service but broken slabs
Speedy deliver and good service. But slabs were broken on arrival which was disappointing . This was the second delivery and on both occasions slabs were broken on delivery

Timely delivery but some minor damage
The wall blocks arrived in good time but three of them were broken and had to be discarded. The intact blocks have been fixed into place and look great.

If at first you don’t succeed…….
Although the fist attempt to drop my new paving slabs didn’t go to plan due to a collapsed pallet Slades delivered the next working day. Good communication throughout.

No communication from delivery courier
Easy to order online. No contact from courier prior to delivery so we were out when he arrived. Unable to get lorry up drive so delivered pallet manually to recessed area agreed with neighbours. Pallet not in good condition. Left voicemail message to advise of delivery after it had been done.
