DO NOT ORDER, THEY COME IN AN ARTIC LORRY WITH 1 SMALL WOMEN. SHE WANTED TO BLOCK OUR ROAD TO DELIVER 1000KG OF STONE WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW. THE LADY SAID YOULL HAVE TO REFUSE IT TO GET A REFUND. THE OWNER SAID ID GET A REFUND THEN EMAILED ME TO SAY I WONT BE GETTING ONE, £325.50 OF MINE DOWN THE DRAIN.

Supposedly Provide next day delivery for an extra charge. But failed to deliver until 3 days later. Meaning I wasted money on contractors waiting around for days. When I tried to contact them to find out what was happening, they just said it was out of their hands

Slades were great
Slades were great, somewhat let down by the Pallet delivery service. The Pallet company failed to deliver 3 times and on the final attempt I refused to accept the mangled crate with almost half the product broken. Zoey at Slades handled it all with fantastic customer service, a real pleasure.

Great service
I ordered paving slabs and when they were delivered some of the slabs were broken in transit, so I spoke the ladies at Slade's explained what had happened they asked for photo's which I sent to Slade's the following day I received a call telling me a new pallet of slabs had been sent out to me and I received them the following day. Excellent service I thought when things go wrong its how the company deals with it that makes all the difference in my opinion. Will defiantly use again.
