They add extra £95 per pallet and nobody tells you!!!!!! We pay £1300 for delivery how crazy is that? Before buy from them check the price over the phone and ask for delivery! We ask to refund the money per pallet but the customer service if terrible - very rude behaviour!

Overall satisfied with the company and the order I have made. Only slight issue that I would have, is that the delivery notice was quite last minute, especially since you need to sign for it otherwise there’s a redelivery charge of £70+

Delivery of slabs on a pallet was very poor. All slabs damaged as rubbing together on pallet with no protection. Contacted Slades who were very unwilling to help. Never using them again!

Good service even given that I had given the wrong information when ordering!
I had given the wrong delivery address on the estate where my son lived however, the driver rang my son and said he thought the address was incorrect. He was then given the correct one and he delivered it still with no problem at all and was very happy to do it.
That impressed me.
