Fantastic Trainer – Highly Recommended
I usually get quite nervous when attending training courses like this, but Odelle made me feel completely at ease from the start. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
This was honestly the best training course I’ve done. She kept it interesting throughout and made me genuinely excited for the next lesson. Odelle is a fantastic teacher, and her enthusiasm really shows.

The tutor on the day was great
The tutor on the day was great, he made sure we were all comfortable with tasks/training before going onto the next subject. Everything was easy to understand. Made me feel less nervous about first aid, things have changed since i first did a course back in 2018. Definitely would recommend the St Johns Ambulance training course to others.

Excellent training from Orlando (SJA Watford)
I've attended several first aid requalification courses over the years, with various providers. Orlando from SJA (Watford) was the best trainer by far. He is knowledgeable and explained things clearly. He made sure we all felt comfortable and confident with the material, and used a range of teaching strategies which kept us engaged and focused.

I had a fantastic experience on this first aid course. I learned a great deal and came away feeling much more confident in dealing with a range of first aid situations.
Bob was an excellent instructor—knowledgeable, informative and genuinely funny, which made the course enjoyable as well as educational. He created a relaxed atmosphere while still delivering all the important information clearly.
Highly recommended!

I have just completed a 3 day First Aid…
I have just completed a 3 day First Aid Couse with this organisation. The instructor ( Cathy Avery) was exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. She delivered the lessons with passion and conviction. A massive thank you to Cathy and looking forward to my refresher in 3 years time but only if she is still there.
Again thank you for educating and making me more competent in this area.
