Course has given me the confidence to step up and help. The trainer was great, engaging and informative, with clear instructions and practical advice
Our Instructor Lisa was excellent, Patient throughout and included everyone fully.
From someone who has zero First Aid knowledge I know feel more confident and I know what each piece of equipment does in my first aid kit. I recommend anyone to take this course
Fantastic training course.
Our trainer (Nigel) was great, very knowledgeable and professional in the way he delivered the training.
The content of the course (Mental Health First Aid) was very relative and easy to digest.
Highly recommend for anyone wanting to gain experience and training.
I learned a plethora of information. The course was a one day course for First Aid in Hull Citadel Way St Johns Ambulance Centre. Instructor was great, friendly and fun. Learned some of the skills it takes to keep someone safe/alive as much as possible. Thanks Guy's for the great experience and qualification.
Attended an 'Emergency First Aid at Work' course for the day and found it was informative, very interactive and engaging. The trainers, Matt and Sarah, were amazing and kept everything professional and fun at times. I definitely feel confident in my ability to render First Aid where required now after their teachings and would recommend the St. John Ambulance First Aid course to anyone who needs to learn these skills.
Informative, engaging and gives real life situations. Highly recommend. I had Selisha, very knowledgable and engaging, Was not just a case of reading words off of a PowerPoint.
Title: Excellent Fire Marshal Training Course
I recently completed a Fire Marshal training course with St John Ambulance and had a very positive experience. The instructor was knowledgeable, professional, and explained the information clearly.
The course was well organised, easy to follow, and included useful guidance about fire safety, evacuation procedures, identifying hazards, and the responsibilities of a Fire Marshal.
I found the training informative and practical, and I now feel more confident in carrying out Fire Marshal duties in the workplace. I would recommend this course to others who need Fire Marshal training.
Claire was a brilliant teacher, chatty, friendly, understanding and taught course content in a informed but relaxed way. Came away feeling more confident and capable to deal with any first aid incident that comes my way in the workplace and general public
Well neil was our trainer he was very polite and knowledgeable about the course he was teaching including everyone and made the information stay with you.
I was on a 3 day Health & Safety at work course and ive got to say, it was one of the best courses ive ever been on.
Our tutors Odelle and Katie were both extremely knowledgeable, and drew upon their real life experinces to make the course even more engaging.
Id highly reccomend this course to anyone.
The course was really informative and the trainer (Stephen Andrews) was great at making us engage with the content, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
This was the 5th time I've done a faw,3 with St Johns and 2 with Red Cross and this last one with St Johns was way better, unusually we had 2 trainers (2 days and 1 last day), both trainers were great and full of knowledge, only bad point was no Aircon in building as it had broken down but they had loads of fans going. Would recommend to anyone.
Had a very informative and engaging time on my course! Sarah Blood made the whole experience very fun - 10/10
Nigel, was a fantastic trainer, the course was very insightful, interesting and I met some lovely people. I cam e away with new knowledge and a breadth of information.
Our course instructor was amazing and made the course both educational and fun. the ice was broken immediately when he asked us to speak to the person nearest us.
