Wonderful support from Charlotte Werner at Singulart

I had a truly excellent experience with Singulart, especially thanks to Charlotte. From the moment my artwork was sold, she guided me through every step with clear, friendly and very professional communication.

When there were small issues with the courier pickup, Charlotte reacted quickly, offered a great alternative solution and coordinated everything so that the handover to the collector went smoothly. I always felt supported and taken seriously as an artist.

Seeing how happy the collector is with the painting, and how thoughtfully Charlotte handled both sides, really showed me how much she cares about artists and clients. I’m very grateful for her help and can highly recommend working with Singulart – and with Charlotte in particular.

Selling and shipping artwork…

Selling and shipping artwork internationally for the first time can be a complex experience, and I greatly appreciated the assistance I received from the logistics team. In particular, I would like to thank Natalia Franco, who took over my case and guided me through the final stages of the shipment with patience, professionalism, and clear communication.

Whenever I had questions regarding packaging, pickup arrangements, shipping details, or documentation, I received helpful and timely responses. This support gave me confidence that the artwork would be handled properly and arrive safely to the collector.

I would also like to acknowledge the wider Singulart team, including the earlier assistance I received during the sales process.

My artwork has now been successfully shipped to its new collector in Japan, and I am grateful for the support that helped make this possible.

I was misled into purchasing this service.

Extremely disappointing!

I feel that I was misled into purchasing this service.

During the sales process, I was given a very different impression of the level of support, opportunities, and professional guidance that I would receive. Those representations played a significant role in my decision to sign up and invest a substantial amount of money.

Once I had signed the contract and made my payment, the experience changed dramatically. Communication became difficult, emails often went unanswered, and the level of engagement I had been led to expect simply did not materialize.

What is most frustrating is that when I later sought to cancel, the explanations and positions presented to me were very different from the expectations that had been created before I became a client.

As an artist, I feel that I made this investment based on promises and expectations that were not fulfilled. I regret my decision and would strongly encourage other artists to carefully document everything discussed before signing, read the contract thoroughly, and seek independent reviews before committing their money.

I feel like I'm in limbo waiting for the acknowledgment to process. I have to spend unnecessary time constantly look at the website to see if it has processed.

The Importance of Support in the Beginningg time

For a long time, I felt somewhat overlooked as a new artist on the platform. However, after I considered cancelling my subscription, I finally received support and attention from the team — and that support eventually led to a sale, which I truly appreciate.

The reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I believe this kind of guidance and visibility should be offered to new sellers from the very beginning. Starting out as an artist is never easy, and being included in a collection early on can provide an important boost in confidence and exposure.

That said, I’m grateful for the support I ultimately received, and I appreciate the positive experience that followed.
