Partnering with artsper has been one of the great experience running a gallery online. From the interface for uploading works to the seamless process of sales and delivery of works to the client. I must say customer relation is top notch with artsper. Making sure the gallery experience easy inventory management as well.

I’ve had consistently excellent experiences with Artsper, both as a seller and as a buyer on the platform.

Most recently, I sold one of my artist’s works — a print by Rob Omodiagbe — and the entire process was smooth, transparent, and very well handled. Communication was clear, the transaction process was straightforward, and everything from the sale to the payout felt professional and reliable.

As a buyer, I’ve also purchased works through Artsper in the past and always appreciated the platform’s clarity, secure payment process, and the quality of the galleries represented.

Artsper strikes a great balance between being collector-friendly and gallery-focused, offering real visibility while maintaining trust and transparency on both sides. I’m very happy to continue using the platform and would confidently recommend it to collectors and galleries alike.

This has been a very disappointing experience. Despite multiple emails with artsper and the artist with multiple assurances, the painting was not stretched out on stretchers as advertised creating more work for me to hang it. No apologies and I had to to be the one to reach out several times to fix this issue

We currently do not pay for listings on Artsper because we haven't received enough inquiries to justify the cost. We hope to see an improvement in the platform since we have some amazing artists we plan to onboard in 2026, and we would love to share them with clients who use the platform. But for now, it's just not worth it.

Two very important things: 1) Our customers / potential customers belong to quite specific niche of collectors. Artsper covers this niche pretty good. We can monitor how it works. Buying an artwork is quite impulsive and in some cases is the deliberate action, if we're talking about serious collections or investments. Artsper provide us with necessary tools to determine such action and to manage it. Normally it takes time but in majority cases it worth. 2) Artsper provide us with exceptional service, quick and professional.

Hallo, I referred Deborah Bottinelli. It's my understanding you're not interested in Mrs. Bottinelli artworks. I would consider that a major loss due to her current connections in 195 countries. Obviously you're not familiar with her mixed media art or modern talking music artist as well. When I refer a very talented artist I don't like to receive an email sent to her from your company that dislikes Mrs. Bottinelli mixed media artwork as garbage when she has gotten Global awards in many countries. Her artwork goes for no less than $10,000 usd and up. I dont want to do business with you're company any further nor do I wish to receive any emails. I will forwarded the email send sent to Mrs. Bottinelli from your corporation. To my fan club so my fans who enjoy artwork can decide if they are interested or not in you're corporation. It's not your discretion regarding the artwork of what people enjoy. It's what people enjoy for artwork. I expect it will go viral. Everyone should be treated the same from everyday people or a superstar music artist in the entertainment industry. Without you're fans you are nothing. As an individual artist on Artsper you are supported by a great team, super efficient, friendly and professional. The platform itself is very powerful with incredible functionality and whether you are putting work up online, or dealing with the gallery sales process they have made it a seamless experience. The artworks on your gallery page are carefully curated by their team and you can see that they truly understand your work, in the manner that it's displayed, both for the buyer and the seller. For me, it has been a great partnership and collaboration when navigating your way through the complexities of the art world.

We recently received our first order from a collector in Mexico on the Artsper platform. The client purchased three small pieces by artist Yaki Li and was extremely satisfied with the artworks.

Although we encountered a logistical issue where the delivery company couldn't contact the collector, our gallery and the Artsper team were able to coordinate quickly and efficiently. Thanks to this smooth communication, the collector successfully received the artworks.
